2023 Calendar of Events

Dear Glenwild Member,

It is with great excitement we present to you the Glenwild Experiences Calendar for the 2023 season. As always, our goal is to offer an array of appealing activities to all members with their varying interests. In the coming months you will enjoy many of the signature events you look forward to each season, as well as new events designed to further enrich Club programming. Throughout the season we continue to look for ways to enhance the Club calendar. In addition to feedback from members, throughout the season we are exposed to wonderful opportunities and unique offerings which we wish to share with our members. Our calendar is always a work in progress. We are continuously expanding it in an effort to cultivate amazing experiences for you, your family, and friends. We will always be sure to keep you apprised of opportunities available to you as a member of Glenwild. This book is a great tool for organizing your annual itinerary. Our Glenwild events entail a great deal of planning and preparation. For this reason, we respectfully request that you make reservations in advance. This helps the Club anticipate needs and ensure a wonderful experience for all members and guests. Reservations are now open for all events listed in this booklet. As always, reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the Front Desk staff to make a reservation or inquire further about certain events. Cancellation of reservations for Club events including but not limited to Spa/Fitness, Holidays, and Dining will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event start date without any charges. Members canceling reservations within 48 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the event fee. If a reservation is taken for an event and the member and/or guests do not attend and do not call to cancel, the member account will be charged 100% of the reserved event fees. In the case of an event with a special a la carte menu, including but not limited to Easter Brunch, Christmas Eve Dinner, and New Year’s Eve Dinner, the fee is deemed $35 per person. While honoring many of the special holidays and occasions we celebrate at the Club, certain dress attire is suggested at various events. This attire is noted in the book and will also be noted on reminders sent out in the coming months. Below are descriptions of suggested attire:

Dressy Casual Women: casual dress, skirt or slacks with blouse, suit separates. Men: khakis or dress pants with a collared shirt and loafers, sport coat or blazer optional. Club Casual Women: sundresses, casual dresses, skirt, shorts or slacks with top; denim is permitted.
