We’re thrilled to unveil the Glenwild Calendar of Events for the 2026 season A year filled with unforgettable moments, enriching experiences, and time well spent with fellow members, family, and friends. As always, our goal is to craft a vibrant and diverse calendar that reflects the many passions and interests of our Glenwild community. This season, you’ll find the signature events you’ve come to know and love, alongside exciting new additions designed to elevate your Club experience. From social gatherings and culinary delights to golf experiences and holiday celebrations, there’s something for everyone to look forward to. The Glenwild calendar is a living, evolving resource. Throughout the year, we’ll continue to listen to your feedback and explore new opportunities to keep our offerings fresh, meaningful, and memorable. We’re committed to creating exceptional experiences that deepen your connection to the Club and to one another, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. This booklet is your go-to guide for planning the year ahead. Because many of our events involve detailed preparation and thoughtful coordination, we kindly ask that you make reservations in advance. This allows us to deliver the seamless, high-caliber experiences you expect.

Reservations for all listed events are now open and will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your spot or inquire further about any event, please reach out to the Front Desk team; we’re here to help!

Event Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access and proper planning, please take note of our updated cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before an event will not incur any charges. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged 50% of the event fee. • No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the event fee. • For events with special à la carte menus (e.g., Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve), a $35 per person fee will apply. While we celebrate many special holidays and occasions at the Club, certain dress codes are recommended for various events. These attire guidelines will be noted in the booklet and will also be included in reminders sent out in the coming months. Below are descriptions of the suggested attire:

Dressy Casual Attire Women: casual dress, skirt or slacks with blouse, suit separates. Men: khakis or dress pants with a collared shirt and loafers, sport coat or blazer optional. Club Casual Attire Women: sundresses, casual dresses, skirt, shorts or slacks with top; denim is permitted. Men: khakis, shorts or slacks with button-down, sweater, polo or collared shirt, denim is permitted.
