WELCOME LETTER

Dear Members, Welcome to the 2021 summer season at Glenwild Golf Club and Spa

As always, our goal is to offer an array of appealing activities to all members with their varying interests. In the coming months, you will enjoy many of the signature events you look forward to each season, as well as new events designed to further enrich Club programming. Throughout the season, we continue to look for ways to enhance the Club calendar. In addition to feedback from members, throughout the season, we are exposed to wonderful opportunities and unique offerings which we may wish to share with you. We are continuously exploring opportunities to cultivate amazing experiences for you, your family, and friends. We will always be sure to keep you apprised of opportunities available to you as a member of Glenwild. Our Glenwild events entail a great deal of planning and preparation. For this reason, we respectfully request that you make reservations in advance. This helps the Club anticipate needs and ensure a wonderful experience for members and their guests. Reservations are now open for all events listed in this booklet. As always, reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the Front Desk staff to make a reservation or inquire further about certain events. Cancellation of reservations for Club events including but not limited to Spa/Fitness, Holidays, and Dining will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the event start date without any late fees. There will be a few operational adjustments this season due to the ongoing Clubhouse construction projects. The Glenwild Team will do everything we can to make this year feel as normal as possible. At times this season, our dining hours and menu offerings may be limited. We appreciate everyone’s understanding, cooperation and flexibility this season. The Glenwild board will review the covid policy each month. Currently, masks are not required in any area of our clubhouse. Glenwild team members will always be willing to put on a mask anytime requested by a member or guest. Glenwild continues to follow Summit County’s Covid 19 requirements and best practices. Please reach out to George Parker with any of your questions, concerns or your new ideas.
