A layout that demands attention from the first tee and rewards thoughtful play throughout the round. Once you step onto the course, the focus shifts quickly to shot selection, positioning, and execution. The course is designed to play differently depending on how you approach it. Multiple tee boxes allow it to scale across skill levels, but it rewards players who think their way around, manage angles, and stay disciplined. A traditional caddie program is available to support the round, from reading greens and managing yardages to helping you navigate the course more effectively.

THE PRACTICE FACILITY
Designed with one goal in mind: to elevate your game where it matters most – on the course. Practical Practice:
Renovated in 2023, the Glenwild Practice Facility is thoughtfully crafted to translate practice into on-course performance. Featuring purpose-built green complexes that replicate on-course conditions and bunkers designed to mirror the challenges of the course, offering the ideal space to practice every shot you’ll encounter at Glenwild. Short Game Area: The True Gem of the Practice Facility The short game area, stretching over 100 yards from front to back, offers 360 degrees of shot possibilities. From high, soft pitches to low, running shots, you can practice every scenario you might face on the course. Hit to any of the four USGA-rated greens—whether from manicured fairways and approach cuts, greenside bunkers, surrounding rough, or native fescue—you’ll discover that every shot is not only possible, but also practicable. After fine-tuning your chipping, proceed to the Aimpoint Putting Green, which is set with a 1-2-3-degree slope to further refine your stroke and enhance your Aimpoint skills. Additional putting and chipping greens are also conveniently located near the starter station, close to the first tee. Downrange Development Designed for ultimate convenience, the Glenwild Practice Facility offers two distinct hitting areas tailored to your needs. The North End, adjacent to the Short Game area, allows seamless access between both practice zones, offering a smooth transition from full swings to short game practice. Three strategically placed fairway bunkers provide opportunities to practice longer yardage bunker shots, while the ‘mogul field’ creates a challenging environ ment to hone skills on uneven lies and course contouring. The South End, located near the starter station and first tee, is perfect for a quick warm-up before your round. Featuring a designated driver-only tee area with clean cut fairway lines, it ensures a smooth transition from the range to the course. Targeted Practice for Precision The facility boasts horseshoe-shaped target greens, each featuring multiple targets at varying distances, accessible from both sides of the range. Leave your rangefinder behind – every hitting station is equipped with FLAGD units, offering personalized yardages for each primary target, delivering a custom ized and precise practice experience. Everything You Need, Right at Your Fingertips Featuring Titleist Pro V1x practice balls and a comprehensive selection of items in fully stocked amenity carts, members will find everything they need conveniently placed throughout the practice areas.

INTIMACY, EXCLUSIVITY, VISION
Glenwild attracts members who care about the quality of the golf, the feel of the club, and the people around them. It is a place that stays welcoming, comfortable, and intentionally small, supported by leadership and staff who are focused on doing things the right way.
What sets Glenwild apart is the attention to detail. Not in a showy way, but in how consistently things are done well. The service, the pace, the overall experience all come together in a way that feels natural and easy to enjoy.
The club itself reflects that same approach. It is relaxed without feeling casual, refined without being formal. From the dining areas to private spaces and locker rooms, everything is designed to be used and enjoyed, not just seen.
And while Glenwild feels removed, it is close to everything that matters. The airport, Park City, and Deer Valley are all a short drive away, along with events like Sundance and other local highlights. It offers a quieter setting without giving up access to what makes the area special.

BUILDING ON OUR LEGACY OF EXCELLENCE As Glenwild approaches its quarter-century milestone, it is important that we thoughtfully steward the course and member experience that define our premier status. Sustaining, and enhancing, that experience requires timely investment in our golf course through a deliberate plan designed to Build on Our Legacy of Excellence. Background Since opening in 2001, Glenwild has not required significant capital investment in course infrastructure; however, key compo nents, including the irrigation system, bunkers, and cart paths are now nearing the end of their useful life. The Club is taking a thoughtful, proactive approach to investing in the future of the golf course and the overall member experience. Timeline Work is scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026, with a selection of holes closing as the project progresses. Full con struction is planned for the 2027 season, during which time the golf course will be closed. While timelines may adjust due to weather or other conditions, the Club is well positioned to move forward and enthusiastic about the future of our golf course. The project is not expected to significantly impact the Club’s social amenities. Members should be aware, however, that there may be minor and temporary disruptions, including construction activity in and around clubhouse areas. Golf Course Enhancements The best private clubs operate with the mindset of continual improvement. To remain among the very best, we must plan for the future. While Glenwild already offers the premier playing experience in Utah, we believe there are meaningful opportuni ties to enhance it further.
Completing the proposed enhancements concurrently with required infrastructure improvements is the most efficient and cost-effective approach. These enhance ments are designed to improve playability, strategy, aesthetics, and sustainability, and include: • Improved bunker design to enhance strategic shot value and visual consistency • Refined green complexes offering additional and more varied pin positions • Removal of unnecessary turf areas to reduce water usage and improve efficiency • Adjustments to tee box positions to add variety and improve playability • Refined hole designs at #8 (Par 3) and #10 (Par 4) to elevate strategy and overall enjoyment Optional Amenities A new on-course structure, The Post, along with two additional refreshment stations, remains under consideration. The Club is currently gathering bids and will share detailed cost estimates with the membership as soon as they become available. Should these ame nities be approved, any related costs would be included in the 2026 November assessment. Funding To support the project, members approved funding that includes a $40.9K assessment per Equity Golf Member (effective November 2026) and up to $6 million in Club-in curred debt.
